go は「物事がある方向へ進む」。come は「何かがこちら側の話題・注意・場所に入ってくる」。意味を1つずつ丸暗記するより、どこを基準点にして動いているかを見ると整理しやすい。

go well と go wrong は、物事が「良い方向 / 悪い方向へ進む」感覚。

come + 場所 / 話題

come up は、物理的に上がるだけでなく「話題や問題がこちらの注意に上がってくる」感じで使う。

会議、面接、リリース、提案がどう進んだかを話すときに使う。

go as planned は「計画どおりに進む」。

Everything went as planned.
すべて計画どおりに進みました。

go over

go over ... は「確認する」「一緒に見直す」。会議で非常によく使う。

Let's go over the agenda.
Can we go over the numbers one more time?

review より会話的で、「一緒に順番に確認する」感じが強い。

come up

come up は「話題に上がる」「問題が出る」「予定が近づく」。

This came up in our last meeting.
If anything comes up, let me know.
We have a deadline coming up.

come up は便利だが意味が広い。仕事では、主に「話題・問題・予定がこちらの注意に入る」と考える。

come back to this

come back to this は「この話題に戻る」。会議で議論を整理するときに使える。

Let's come back to this after we review the data.
Can we come back to this at the end of the meeting?

go back to this も可能だが、会議の場で「この話題に戻ってくる」は come back to this が自然。

go well so far は「今のところうまく進んでいる」。完了していない作業の進捗共有に便利。

Meeting

会議では、計画確認、議論の切り戻し、懸念の浮上に使える。

Let's go over the rollout plan.
This concern came up in the design review.
We'll come back to the cost discussion later.
If no issues come up, we can release on Friday.

If no issues come up は「問題が出なければ」。計画やリリース条件を話すときに自然。

PR review

PR review では、レビューで話題になった点や、コードを一緒に確認する場面で使う。

This naming issue came up in the previous review.
Can we go over this branch condition?
I'll come back to this PR after the tests finish.
Nothing major came up during review.

Nothing major came up は「大きな問題は出なかった」。レビュー結果を短く共有できる。

Release / deploy

リリースでは go live、go out、go wrong、go back がよく出る。

The feature will go live next Monday.
The fix went out with the latest release.
If anything goes wrong, we can roll back.
Let's go back to the previous version if needed.

go live は「本番公開される」。release という動詞より、ユーザーが使える状態になるニュアンスが強い。

Incident / support

障害対応では、問題発生、ログ確認、原因候補、次の話題に使える。

Something went wrong during the deploy.
We came across the same issue last month.
Let's go over the logs first.
We'll come back to prevention after mitigation.

come across an issue は「問題に出くわす」。調査中に偶然見つけた問題や過去に遭遇した問題に使える。

go over は「一緒に順番に確認する」。review は「評価・検討・レビューする」。

会議で画面を見ながら確認するなら go over。非同期にしっかり見るなら review。

come up / happen

happen は「起きる」。come up は「話題・問題・予定が注意に入ってくる」。

An error happened during the deploy.
デプロイ中にエラーが起きた。

An issue came up during the deploy.
デプロイ中に問題が出てきた。

come up は、会議・レビュー・調査で「浮上する」感じを出せる。

go live / release

release は「リリースする / 公開する」行為。go live は「本番で使える状態になる」。

We released the feature yesterday.
昨日、その機能をリリースした。

The feature went live yesterday.
昨日、その機能が本番公開された。

チームの作業として言うなら release。ユーザーから見える状態を言うなら go live。
